A class of students from our college in Ningbo visited the company today. After a few photographs we received a messaged from Miss Guo via Jocelyn to say that we could leave early with them and go and look at the fabric markets in Hangzhou and get an early bus back to Ningbo. We had only been in the office a few hours and a little bit of confusion arose when Mr Chen said no we had to stay. Miss Guo had explained it would be easier for them as it would mean they didn't have to go out to get our lunch or take us to to the station later that afternoon.
Joseph the head designer came with us and we looked around one of the many markets they have here in Hangzhou. Its ridiculous how much cheaper fabric is over here, Joseph said if we needed any fabric shipping to England we just had to email him and he'd post it out to us, how nice!!!
Friday night was a relaxed night of dinner, pamper and pack for a trip to Shaoxing the next day.
